With more than 26 years' legal experience in New Zealand, I provide practical, commercially focused legal advice with a strong emphasis on property and real estate transactions. As a lawyer providing real estate services under the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006, I offer clients a specialised alternative to the traditional agency model, combining legal expertise with practical property sales knowledge.
My practice is focused on residential, lifestyle and commercial property transactions, real estate services for vendors, business sales and purchases, and family property matters including contracting out agreements and relationship property settlements.
Over the course of my career I have established and managed two successful law practices, giving me a practical understanding of business ownership and the commercial realities faced by my clients. I have also worked in Canada within the wine and spirits industry, dealing with commercial contracts and gaining valuable international business experience.
